Why Attend

BigHand will be hosting our annual User Conference in October this year, both in London and Manchester. This is a must-attend conference for anyone currently using or thinking about adopting BigHand technology. The theme of this year’s conference is “It’s all about You”. This translates into It’s all about you – our customers. We will be addressing the business challenges you face, introducing more customer panel sessions for you to hear how other law firms are using BigHand technology. Discussion points will centre on Efficiency, Agile Working, Digitisation, Centralisation and Business Transformation.

These events grow in size year-on-year and we expect that both 2017 events will be as successful as previous years. In the morning, we’ll be hosting a customer panel discussion which will be incredibly useful to those looking to drive operational efficiency particularly within your internal support teams. You’ll also hear from our Product Director on what’s happening with our current product range and plans for the future. The afternoon will be split into breakout sessions where there’ll be an opportunity to focus in more detail on areas such as User Adoption, BigHand Administration, the value of Speech Recognition, how to effectively measure the effort and time spent on support tasks.

As always, there’ll be a ‘Dev Bar’ where members of our development team will be on-hand to answer any questions you may have regarding any of our products. And in true BigHand style, we’ll finish the evening off with an early evening champagne reception.
